All products are dispatched with boxes that are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. For this reason we only trade and ship within South Africa.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1–2 business days.
All our shipments are managed by a third-party service, FASTWAY COURIERS, The Courier Guy and SIYANQOBA WORLDWIDE EXPRESS (SWE).
Local collection (Durban) is free and national rates start from R55 ex VAT.
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from the chosen courier company with a tracking number which can be used on their website to monitor your package’s progress.
If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately sales@lochan.co.za or call 0768928061. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
